Delay Repay isit possible to include a seatfrog upgrade in the claim?

The title pretty much says it all but thus is the full situation.

I won a seatfrog auctionon Avanti for £37.

My journey was delayed by just over 15 minutes. Obviously I can claim delay repay on my original ticket, but what are the rules on seatfrog upgrades?

If the upgrade can be included then how would I go about including it in any claim.
