Delay repay claim during watford shutdown

I asked Virgin via cs about claiming for delays during the various shutdowns of the watford bit of the line, as i`m travelling daily during the next lot the week after christmas.

They sent me £20 in vouchers because they could not answer the question.

So should I be claiming? I have a annual season from new st to london terminals
using the chiltern line will add approx 1 hour each way, I am aware that these are preplanned works(preplanned then re-preplanned)

Delay repay doesn't apply if works were pre advised, AIUI.

No, you shouldn't claim when the delays are pre-planned timetable changes
