The person travelled from Birmingham Intl airport to Stafford, with Avanti.

That train departed 20 mins late.

The person then switched onto LNWR in Stafford, to go to Liverpool Lime Street.

Arrived 19 mins late.

The LNWR webpage won't accept a foreign postcode.

Is it possible to submit a claim without a UK postcode?
