Delay repay Avanti West Coast

Hi, a delay repay request was put in to Avanti and I got an email back this morning saying it's been approved.

But the web page for the delay repay claims still says it's in progress

Is this normally what happens? I kind of expected the web page to have updated at the same time as getting the approved email

Yes, this happens with First Group TOCs, it has been approved, and will update to reflect that eventually.

You should receive a further email from them once the payments has been sent.

I have to say that in terms of Delay Repay at least, my experience with Avanti is the best I’ve experienced.

Delayed last Friday, submitted the claim late Sunday evening, email received advising the claim was approved on Monday. A second email later the same day advising the payment was on its way.

Refund in the bank this morning.

Yeah, my recent claim was exactly same as Par's: emails on Monday, in bank this morning. Didn't check the website for status, but if you've had a confirmation email I would expect you to recieve payment Monday/Tuesday.
