Delay repay amid a break in journey

Hello!

I am just writing seeking to clarify something regarding delay repay.

I had an off peak return from Poole-Liverpool Lime St, which allowed me to have a break in journey, so I chose to stop in London overnight after my first train journey. The southwestern train was delayed by 40 minutes, and then the following day the Avanti was delayed by 48 minutes.

Am I entitled to pursuit delay repay for both of these journeys despite only having one ticket?

I believe that you should be able to - delay repay is capped to the cost of your ticket, but I don't think that the combination of these delays would go over that.
