delay repay advice needed please!

I am trying to work out which operator will be liable for a delay i experienced, as i had to travel on 3 different lines to get to my destination.

The first leg was on Greater Anglia; the second on the Elizabeth Line; and the final leg on GWR. i suffered an initial 25 minute delay on Greater Anglia, which caused me to miss my connecting Elizabeth Line service which then consequently caused me to also miss the final train I was booked on with GWR to complete my journey.

As i missed my booked GWR service, i had to board the next available service, which was delayed by 17 minutes.

As a result of all of the above, i arrived at my final destination 1 hour & 8 minutes late.
Which operator do i contact for delay repay?

thanks in advance!

This assumes that you had a valid itinerary allowing enough time between the interchange points. Across London the journey planner itineraries are often quite generous, and a 25 minute delay inbound might not break the connection timing. Recently I made a similar journey (GA->EL->Avanti), complying with journey planner itinerary and arrived at my outbound terminus 40 minutes before due to depart. A 25 minute delay on GA would not have broken the connection.

OP would have missed their connection to the Elizabeth Line which is a timetabled National Rail service. GA are responsible.

Assuming all the minimum wait times etc were met and you held tickets for the journey already, then Greater Anglia. They are the first operator to cause your delay.
