delay repay advice needed please!
I am trying to work out which operator will be liable for a delay i experienced, as i had to travel on 3 different lines to get to my destination.
The first leg was on Greater Anglia; the second on the Elizabeth Line; and the final leg on GWR. i suffered an initial 25 minute delay on Greater Anglia, which caused me to miss my connecting Elizabeth Line service which then consequently caused me to also miss the final train I was booked on with GWR to complete my journey.
As i missed my booked GWR service, i had to board the next available service, which was delayed by 17 minutes.
As a result of all of the above, i arrived at my final destination 1 hour & 8 minutes late.
Which operator do i contact for delay repay?
thanks in advance!
