I travel from Northolt park to Canada water which involves Chiltern and LU.
I have been caught out by the Jubilee line on 3 occasions where I have had to find alternative transport as the jubliee line is suspended on the section that I need to use.
I have submitted travel compensation from TFL but I am confused.
My journey history means one single journey from Northolt Park to Canada Water, and on oyster PAYG I would be charged the peak fare, when it comes to compensation I have received on one occasion £4.70 and on the other 2 about £2.50
Which is right?
