Dedicated Dining / Catering carriage sets

How many heritage railways, or let's say we can include mainline charter operators, have a dedicated set of coaches used specifically on dining / catering services?

To start things off, the Bluebell Railway have a set of four mark 1s in blood & custard for the 'Wealden Rambler', and a set of three Pullman Cars plus an LMS BGZ for the 'Golden Arrow'.

How many other lines have a similar set of vehicles?

The KWVR has two Pullman carriages used for dining. There's also a restaurant car, but this is also used as regular seated accommodation when required.

This is where the money is, not the on the day punters.

Gwili railway has a special bar coach, with a bar and pub style seating. It used to be a real money spinner when Carmarthenshire was a dry county on Sundays I've heard from a volunteer. Large numbers of people would spend Sunday going up and down the line in the travelling pub

The East Lancashire Railway has three "Pullman style" carriages that they use for dining

Actually a 6 car rake, with 4 passenger vehicles ( FO's 3114/44, SO's 4371 & 4784) used in various formations with 2 service vehicles 80933/93 being kitchen and guards/generator/bar cellar vehicles. 3124 is also awaiting restoration, and 1871 also used in the past as a drinks/reception car.

The standard formation is currently Pullman-BG (service vehicle, hired-in)-RSO, as part of a service train.
