Dead fares manual link published in the Bradshaw Mitchell timetable

I buy all the Bradshaw Mitchell (Middleton Press) timetables and I think they`re great, but there`s a link given to the National Rail fares manual that doesn`t work :

Am I doing something wrong ?

These fares manuals (paper version) are no longer published for staff so nothing to show any more.

Some sections of the printed Fares Manuals, but not the fares themselves, used to be on the National Rail site.

Now the CD containing the fares can be purchased from TSO here. Hopefully, NFM 05, valid from 2 January 2010, will appear in a few days.
