Since the repaint of those two 37's into DBS livery have either seen use? Infact have any DBS 37's been seen out anywhere recently? I don't even see them running railtours anymore.

37670 saw some railtour action to Fort William and Oban before being knackered, I think 419 was on its way up to do ballast runs when it failed.

The last DBS 37 I saw up here was 37425 back at the start of June doing some ballast drops but it had its troubles while doing so.

The last few times DBS have required 37's they have hired from DRS.

37670 is stored with engine troubles along with 37425 (Crewe EMD I believe) 37410 is 'dumped' at Marcroft works in Stoke after seeing use as a carriage heater or something???? 37426 was withdrawn from recent sales tender and rumours are that DB will return it to use. However as they seem quite happy to hire in 'fit' loco's from DRS, I wouldn't pin your hopes of seeing any DBS loco's back anytime soon. As DBS have proved with the class 60's, they are quite happy to dump them in storage as & when something goes wrong.
