Is https://reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/bhftafel.exe/dn defunct now?

For the last couple of weeks I've been getting a "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable" error. I've tried on different devices and different internet connections with the same result so I don't think it's at my end.

It was really useful to look at a particular station and see what trains are arriving/departing and where they are stopping. I know DB still has the journey planner, which I use, but if I don't know where I'm going but want to see my options, the arrivals/departures board was good for that.

I've tried others such as Rijden de Treinen, Zugfinder and B-Europe, but they're not as comprehensive as the DB one was.

When I am on the road I use this private site for real time departure info: https://bahn.expert
It shows arrivals and departure on one page and displays more information about delays/service disruptions than the official pages or the Navigator app

Be aware that the times in bahn expert seem to convert to your local time if your device is set to a different time zone

For departure and arrival boards in Germany I use https://aseier.de/bahn/a.html.
I wouldn't call it exactly user friendly but it has a great deal of flexibility regarding what it will display. For example, if you are only interested in IC & ICE you can restrict the view to just those trains excluding regional and SBahn.
Also, when the board is displayed you can save the URL as a favourite which you can then edit for further flexibility.

The various bits of the URL work like this...

typ= : can be 'ab' (departures) or 'an' (arrivals)
bhf= : the numeric code for the station which can be replaced by an easier to remember letter code. Köln Hbf is kk for example. There's a complete list of these letter codes on this site.
bhfname= : allows you to change the name shown at the head of the screen though why you'd want to is a bit of a mystery.
zugtyp= : Left blank will show all trains but you can restrict it to specific train types. For example, zugtyp=IC,EC,ICE will only show those trains. Aside from common train types you can also restrict the display to show operators other than DB so, for Köln, zugtyp=IC,EC,ICE,THA,HKX would also show Thalys and HKX's Hamburg trains.
platform= : allows you to restrict the display to a single platform or group of platforms. For example platform=6,7 will only show trains at those platforms.
zeilen= : The number of trains displayed.
via= : is a switch to display or not display the list of stations a train calls at.
lang= & SecLang= : lang= left blank defaults unsurprisingly to German but you can add a second language. For example SecLang=en will give you English subtitles in some areas.

That is my go-to for Germany. Particularly as it provides train formations and vehicle numbers if you pick the right options.
