Route is Brussels to Cologne
If I purchase a ticket valid for the ICE train would it be valid, if that train is missed, on the semifast alternative (Brussels change at Welkenraedt and Aachen to Cologne)?
I ask this because of the current requirements at Brussels Midi and the fact that the timings are - Arrive Brussels Midi 14:05 depart for Cologne 14:25
I travelled last year on the ICE and there was no problem with this connection time.
