DB Tickets - Change Seat Reservation

Sorry to add to the multitude of enquiries about the DB website recently!

I have made an error and booked a Super Sparpreis ticket from Prague to Frankfurt via Regensburg with a reservation in the Ruhebereich, which I understand to be the quiet carriage. As much as my wife would love to force me to be quiet for 3 and a half hours, I don't fancy it. Is there any way to change seat reservations (I can't find it online), if not how fussy are they about you actually sitting in your seat reservation?

On DB seat reservations are an optional, chargeable extra on all tickets. You can sit elsewhere if you wish, though if it's busy you might not find another seat.

In diesem Bereich sind Handytelefonate, Klingeltöne, lautes Musikhören (auch via Kopfhörer) oder sonstige lärmende Tätigkeiten nicht erwünscht.

i.e. "In this area, mobile calls, ring tones, listening to loud music (even on headphones) or other noisy activities are not wanted"
So talking isn't verboten.

You can't change DB reservations. If it's just one train, you can book a new reservation cheaper on tickets.oebb.at (only €3). Be sure not to select the quiet zone in the "Reservation details".
In 1st class, you can even get reservations free of charge via ÖBB: add the Interrail/Eurail discount and then select "One-way tickets". Select 1st class in the next step.
