Hi everyone,does anybody know if DB reply to unsuccessful applications aswell as successful? And has anybody had a reply for the application with DB for groundstaff member at Llanwern??thanks

they do for trainee train driver positions so I assume it will be the same for others, I've waited up to four months to hear after an initial application

Good luck is the words I give to you. I have been waiting to hear back from DB about a position in control I applied foe two months ago.
I mailed Recruitment a month ago asking if their was any news and they told me, "once we hear from the line managers we will inform you either way". To me I smell BS as I applied for a job with DB January 2013 and never heard back even though I received an email saying they received my application and I would hear from them in due course.

Well done rooster I've also passed for Peak Forest did my assessments 30/4 like yourself just awaiting DM Interview now, I believe a few have passed for peak Forrest so let's see how it goes, would be interesting to know how many positions there are

I also heard there was 3 mainline driver positions, just shows you rumours are exactly that, there could be any number, I would be willing to relocate to another Depot to get this opportunity if that was a option

I had a letter in the post today inviting me to the assessments next week, well chuffed!has anybody got any information on assessments?are they teally difficult or just common sense?lol my assessment is in newport gwent
