DB payment issues due to fradulent activity

I just want to say (without opening a new thread) that DB has limited the payment of Sparpreis, online and maybe other tickets. Paypal and debt collection is not possible anymore, because of fraud.

That's a real pain, my card doesn't work with DB's site so I always used to use PayPal which did.

The article makes it clear that DB is working on a solution to allow PayPal etc to be used again.
