Apologies but my German isnt what it once was 20 years ago but this relates to the Eurostar portion of my booking but no idea what carriage it may be

Also as the connection is 20 minutes and seat 61 say its dead simple to get to the ICE what if the E* is late ? Is this honoured for onward travel?

That looks right to me too, and you should have no problems travelling if the Eurostar is late, though you may have to go to the desk to get it sorted.
