DB Freight junior/ trainee driver Barking

I’m looking at applying for Barking Junior/ trainee driver role for DB. Is anyone able to answer the following for me please:

1. What are the shift patterns at this depot?

2. How long are you expected to be a Junior driver for in order to progress to mainline and is there a good possibility of this happening?

3. What is the salary for a junior driver once training is completed? It states just under 30k but wondering if this increases?

Shifts is depot dependent, couldn’t tel you about barking, your a junior driver until they need you to be mainline, some get stepped up straight away depending on if anyone leaves, some 6 months, some a year just depends and 29,200 is yearly salary, I’d see is it as a step on footplate, that’s what I’ve done and enjoying it so far and I’m not even finished the training school yet.
