The hourly (well largely hourly, its SNCF!) TER stopping service from Calais Ville to Lille Flandres takes 74min with quite a few intermediate calls. 60 mins for an express from Calais Fréthun to Lille Flandres via the classic line seems reasonable - it is 110km on a 140km/h line (albeit with a speed restriction through Hazebrouck and a crawl from Fréthun to Frontinettes in Calais). It is not an especially busy line either.
20mins to transit the tunnel and 120 mins to St. Pancras gives us 3h 20m. The electrically hauled 'Golden Arrow' did Victoria to Dover Marine in 82mins - maybe we should revive Victoria as a terminal - I understand the 'Orient Express' facilities are now available as they have ditched London!
