DB class 37's

I was just wondering if anyone could give some info on the current whereabouts of DB's class 37's, and if possible their condition, more specifically 37419. Thanks.

I was under the impression that 37419 was one of the locos under repair for a return to service..... i know the other DB Schenker liveried 37/5 37670 is for sale, i don't believe any DBS 37/4 are for sale, in fact 37426 was recently withdrawn from a recent sale as they decided they wanted to keep it as it may be usefull!

I can tell you that 37411, 37416 & 37417 are all stord at Eastleigh!

Yes 37419 & 37670 got the red paint job........ and it jinxed the pair of them, lol

I've just seen on WNXX that the last serviceable or near serviceable 37's 401/419/425 have all been placed into the WNTR pool which hints that it's unlikely they'll see service with DB Schenker again

Agreed. Although as we know WNTR doesn't mean they won't be used, a few 60s in the WNTR pool still see daily use.
