I think personally its bang on, been here 4 months and dont regret coming from freightliner. Great work life balance and opportunity

South Yorkshire and for the company I see why its number 1 rail operator in UK. Because it looks after employees, cant say much more as I have no complaints

Really dont know what else I can say. A firm is a firm, if you have an interview count yourself lucky. Read the case studies.
