DB cargo - Tees yard / Tyne yard

Hi

Anyone have any information in regards to a train drivers job with DB Cargo in either Tyne yard or tees yard

I’m aware of routes and traction but wanting to find out what it’s like working for them as a train driver, morale , wage , roster, nights and days, holidays, pension etc.

Any info around them sort of topics would be ace
