DB Cargo - Passenger Train Operatives

As the title states, DB Cargo are looking for Passenger Train Operatives...whether this means train driver or just a shunter I don't know but it's for their 'charter operations'. Link below:

It won't be for a driving position, and at a minimum of 4 hours a week, I would imagine it's making sure the carriages/coaching stock are in order, well maintained etc for their Charter services based out of Stewarts Lane depot

I rang up about this the other day, its shunting and preparing the VSOE in Stewarts Lane depot, was told 4x8hours a week? Don't know if that's right or not?
