In addition to Grahnert and Vagonweb having booked formations, https://marudor.de/ has live formations (for long-distance trains at least) including set numbers (can be turned on under Settings, Zeige Fahrzeuggruppen Namen), which - as far as I tested it - fits reality quite well.
