A while ago I posted about DSR. I feel it's time to post again, as when passing by onboard one of their trains, I spotted a new "Trespass £1000" warning sign - in the DSR style at the end of the down Churston platform.
Now tell me, why would they go to the bother of adding new signage if no one is going to be getting off a train there? Seems a bit of a waste. So they could be reopening. However, it seems unlikely with their "train - boat - come back" model that ferrys (quite literally) passengers to Dartmouth. If you remember from my previous DSR post I asked them and they said "its so we can run more services." (Although when showing my disappointment I spelt me as "m". Whoops.) I did ask again put of curiosity before this spot, and they did say: "it's not out of the question". So, putting 2 and 2 together, could we see DSR reopening Churston (atleast) in 2026? I'm curious.
