Yes it is and from comments posted on a couple of relevant FB groups loadings appear to be holding up well.
I will be back in the spring when hopefully it starts to prove really attractive to tourists. With the Okehampton - Tavistock bus service now connecting with trains and the Exeter - Tavistock (via Dartmoor) - Plymouth bus service running again there should be a lot of tourist travel potential there and help get the cars off Dartmoor's roads.
