One person reported dead and several injured after a train was derailed between Tinglev and Kliplev in southern Jutland, in Denmark. Local TV has quoted local rail officials as saying the train had "hit a slurry tanker" at a level crossing. DSB said that it had shut down services between Tinglev and Sønderborg near the German border.

It was train IC951 from Copenhagen to Sønderborg on an open/occupation crossing between Tinglev and Kliplev, formed of a IR4 set, probably 2001. One dead, two helicoptered to hospital.
