Are there any plans for the ex CyclePoint building opposite Leeds station at some point?

Since it closed down (funnily enough owned by Evans Cycles who I think are in a bit of trouble at the minute) it has pretty much stood empty apart from the odd season ticket user who can still use it to store their bike if they choose. No cleaners seem to touch it though, there are about 100 fag ends in the entrance bit if you look from the outside!

What is this building? Is the round building still at the front of the station (where the taxis were in the 80s?)

Yes it's the round glass building with metal roof by the taxi rank. Real shame to lose this facility...

I have heard talk of it being reopened as a cycle hub, and that all parties (Evans, NR, LCC) are in talks. But my natural cynical nature will believe this when I see it.
