Customer Service Assistant/Station Staff- Network Rail

Anyone know much about these positions? Obviously I can guess what they do but someone has asked about Salary etc. Is Sunday part of the working week or overtime? What shifts do they work?
Travel included?

Any info gratefully received.

Sundays outside, no free or PRIV travel but subsidised loan towards the coast of a season ticket is available.
