Customer Service Assistant Level 1- C2C

Hi All,

I recently passed an assessment for the role of Customer Service Assistant Level 1 which is based at Fenchurch Street on the C2C Line. I know the role includes both gateline and train dispatch.

I wondered if there were anyone who knows the rough times which the shifts go from. I am aware that its Early, Lates and Nights but I wanted to know the possible times each start and finish.

And how do the sunday shifts work?
