Has anyone had customer praise while doing their job on the railway I seem to get it all the time on the steam train for my attitude I think getting praise is nice it means you’re doing something right

Different worlds. I've been praised for going out of my way to help people I've also been spat and sworn at simply for my uniform.

I always give good feedback to the company if I've received good customer service on the railway. Also done for BTP, they in particular always seem happy with good feedback when staff have gone above and beyond.
