Hi there, does anyone know if a position as customer host for GWR is Safety Critical?

They are doing some changes on the IETs when it is 2 sets of 5 coaches. As the Train Manager are on the back set to dispatch the train, there is no safety critical position on the front set and they are forced to run only one of the sets. There is some adjustments going on, but nothing conclusive.

Not all CHs will be trained to be the nominated person in a leading set. It Will be a higher grade not compulsory
