Based on other companies, you would be expecting a range of shift patterns, but this role may not cover the dead of nights periods.

As for salary, I would suggest it would be between £16-£20k.

Can't speak for the role in the West but when I asked the question last year (wife was interested in applying) I was told that the salary varies from approx. £27k (Oxford) to £32k at Paddington.

Customer Ambassadors are all MS grade so no overtime and Sunday's are just another day!
