Hi all, I’m looking for current vacancies for trainee driver roles.

I’ve applied with TFW already, are there any other TOC’s/FOC’s currently recruiting that any of you may be aware of?

thanks

Easiest way to find out is to check all you’re local TOC/FOC websites regularly as they will all be on there. I was checking daily when I first applied. Also sign up for alerts but they can be hit and miss.

Yes I do check but not so often, I don’t mind any location as I’d relocate..
Recruitment seems very quite at the moment

Another thing to bear in mind is that some vacancies will only appear briefly, and are pulled once a certain number of applications are received.
As PickleTree has said, you should be checking your local companies’ vacancy pages every day, and don’t rely solely on alerts.

Yes I’m aware of that, I applied for quite a few with SWR and GWR, was hoping they don’t get back to me until August as I had failed assessment in Feb but currently not many vacancies, I’ve been checking dee sites but no luck.

Was wondering if anyone on here were aware of any vacancies other than TFW

I assume it’s not SWR/GWR who you applied to last time? If it is, you’ll probably find that they won’t entertain any application made within the 6 months, even if it takes longer than that to get back to you.

I failed with SWR in Feb the. I applied for few depots with SWR/GWR within the 6 months hoping it will take longer because of covid but they all got back to me around May and as you said, they didn’t entertain any of those applications lol.

Hopefully they start recruiting again soon
