Today I witnessed Cumfy bus C route drivers driving past passengers that have hailed them and the buses running at completely random times, not in keeping with the timetable. Is that usual for those buses?

All paid for by Merseytravel.
If Cumfybus value their contract, they will keep an eye on these drivers.
