Between 1:58 and 2:17 it shows a nice selection of 'clagging' Valenta engines at an unspecified London terminal. I'm not going to say which one, but you must be a wee bit retarded if you don't know.....

anyway the song isn't up to much cop, nowhere near as good as Culture Beat's 1993 hit 'Mr Vain', but oh well...

It must be Paddington, when the woman was on the concourse it was also Paddington.

Uneducated is probably a better word to use than retarded. Calling someone retarded for not knowing the name of a railway station is a bit extreme...

and yes, it is indeed Paddington!
