Csa Onboard Selection day

Hi, after three years of trying i've been invited to a selection day in crewe on tuesday. Could anyone please provide any information on what they will be looking for, it does state in the e-mail that i'll have a video diary and a speed interview. I really want this job so any help would be very appreciated, thanks in advance.

Firstly you will have a meet and greet with staff. This is your opportunity to ask questions and mingle with frontline staff. Then you will have the speed interview, in this you will speak to someone for 60 seconds then a whistle will be blown then on to the next person for 60 seconds. As for the video thing It's your chance to say why you want to work for them, It lasts for 60 seconds.
Having done one of these events I can honestly say I found the whole scenario false and a little bit embarrassing but that's me and maybe why I wasn't given a job.
My best advice would be to find out who you are going to be working with and make a very good impression with them at the meet and greet.
