Umm, sorry, looks like my description was poor. When I wrote ‘shown on the outside frontage of the station building’, that was supposed to be a hint that it isn’t what you normally find it in say National Rail Enquiries - specifically the station is in Wales…

I guess someone else better posts something. Apologies for my unusable contribution. On the front of station building of the main station of Cardiff it says Caerdydd Canolog / Cardiff Central. The third word (Cardiff) is of course the common English name of the place. The hint for the second word was tinotrunk - tin = can, o stays, trunk = log.

Apparently truck = log, just about the only synonym I didn't try.
