Not that one. The 'dyke' bit refers to the station's original name, not it's current one. I believe that Gilberdyke was formerly named Staddlethorpe. However, we're starting to head in the right junction....although not geographically!

This station was named Dick van Dyke after a visit by the famous actor. However, after a few years he decided it would sound better in his son's name so it became:

Yes....well done! Anagram of 'Not a ring (as in circus) - plus DL, the abbreviation for 'Diesel Locomotive'. The station was original known as Dyke Junction until closure of the Devil's Dyke branch in the early 1930s....after which it was renamed Aldrington. Your turn to ride the West Coastway.
