Thanks.

Rotational device; and fictional odious uncle -- not far from "native heath" of the latter's creator.

Absolutely right ! (Harry having -- owing to plot intricacies -- to live when not at school, with his in the main ghastly -- and in the main non-magical -- relatives, the Dursley family: head of which is the utterly obnoxious Uncle Vernon.)

@RDP -- your go; and ten points to your Hogwarts house.

Cheers. I'll try and conjure up an easy one.

Although it didn't it sounds like the class 47 should have come from here.

Thank-you.

Nice easy one now but tread carefully!

Uproar on the picket line near this station today as one individual was allegedly heard swearing at others at the meeting place.
I have a feeling that one may be a little inappropriate (feel free to have a go if you want), so will set another.

It may be parched outside, but a spirited remedy is found inside.

Drumry? (Not bothered about "inappropriate" -- was just totally baffled by your picket-line one !)

Drumry is correct. The picket line one is a certain junction in Surrey beginning with E.

Over to you.
There's nothing wrong with Effingham Junction.

Except that dimwit I, totally failed to get it.

With my having the go-ahead, re the other one:

Complaint about his spotting / luring gear from big-game hunter -- greedy; a bad speller; and disoriented: dismal ap draws ten yak.
