I guess it must be Ilford - who haven't made colour film for quite some time.

Correct answer! Butter has nothing to do with Lurpak! A butter (i.e. that which butts) refers to a goat. Anagram (melted) of goat + seems = Moses Gate. Your turn to part the Red Sea!
