Oh dear, looks like nobody got it. The answer is Fort William. Harry refers to Harold Godwinson who "fought William" (the Conqueror) at the Battle of Hastings in 1066. As stated, Hastings to Fort Bill requires six changes of train if you want to get there in under 12 hours - and the final clue, Rail Film II = (Two) is an anagram of Fort William.
