Nope. The J is in code, but which code? The full station name is itself rather pedantic and not what people would normally call it!

Nope. The station name also might (or might not) contain an apostrophe, opinion is divided. And it doesn't actually contain the alphabetic letter J, that is clearly causing confusion.
It tends to be conjoined with its neighbour but has a separate railway station.

Yep, Dale has it. St. Annes-on-the-Sea contains the characters .--- (morse code letter J)
Or is it just St Annes-on-the-Sea without a dot. Or just St. Annes-on-Sea. Or just St. Annes. Or even St. Anne's.

I'd just say one's going to Lytham.

Yes, but J is dot dash dash dash, the dot being provided by the abbreviation for ‘Saint’ viz ‘St.’
