What might a toddler enter something through? The city refers to an actual Fenland city, of which 'chaoitc' refers to an anagram of it.

It’s a xxxx & xxxx station, where the first part is to do with what one may enter through.

Dore and Totley

Dore = door
Tot = small child
Ley = anagram of Ely

Struggling and getting nowhere... I thought of Winteringham, in what at least used to be the far north of Lincolnshire, but that closed back in 1925 :( ...

OK, it's a current station in Lincolnshire, and might be something worn to keep the cold out!
