The only one I can think of is Wigan Wallgate, because it is below the level of the road, but not underground, and Wigan has a well known rugby league team (clutching at straws here)

Not Wigan Wallgate. Rugby Union is more appropriate but if that doesn't help then a anagram might.

Penny Lane is, of course, a real street in Liverpool, Blue Jay Way is in California.
