From the sign outside this station, you would think there was a bank inside, but there isn't.

No it isn't Westminster.

The name of the station doesn't include the name of the bank.

Think of the logos for each of the major banks. One of the logos is a ***** ***** which is part of the station name.

Yes, Blackhorse Road is right, as Lloyds Bank has a black horse as its logo.

There is a sculpture of a black horse on the front of the station which looks a little bit like the Lloyds Bank black horse.

Very good clue Dale. Like me, I suspect you initially thought the previous one was some sort of anagram - that's why I got it so quickly. Anyway,
