I think hair care, revenue protection and currency related felony might all be connected with clipper, hence the "and/or".

Right, throughout (revenue protection - clippie / [ticket]-clipper / gripper) -- clipper ships, also. I'd thought that by now, people were used to my seeming obsession with the IMO delightful though sometimes bothersome part of the UK located on the "other island", and served by 5' 3" gauge railways ! Take a look at the timetable for the Belfast -- Larne line (running along the arm of the sea, Belfast Lough; and serving the settlement ["-town"] concerned).
