[Just out of interest perhaps - Cyre is thought to derive from the Antioch-based 4c. child martyr Quriagnos; and I had at the back of my muddled mind the gruesome legend of how his mother, Julietta, did not weep at her son's death but rejoiced that he had earned the crown of martyrdom. Hey ho!]
