Ipstones it is. Clue, "Back-speak Cockney fitness trainer focuses on the acetabular region": acetabular = the "hips" area of the body. The h-dropping Cockney trainer chap, tones 'ips. "Back-speak" = reversing normal order of the words = Ipstones.

Your clue made me think of Baalam, the diviner/prophet in the Torah.

I've had three trips there this year and recently learned that the ramps on the platforms there were the first trials for raised platforms at stations with low height platforms and are now referred to as 'Harrington humps'.
