I've heard it referred to as just Weston often enough. The tourism website is "Love Weston", and uses both the full and truncated forms.

No wonder I was struggling with this one, I was working on the basis that the common shortened name was something like Tom, Sam or Pat and I seem to remember that you previously used "resort" to indicate an anagram. Oh well, I got there in the end.
